Collection Option

The collection option allows you to narrow the focus of your search to Headquarters rulings or New York rulings.

ALL (All) selects both Headquarters and New York rulings and is the default setting.

HQ NY To choose the collection, simply click on the appropriate button.



NAFTA Filter Option

The NAFTA filter option allows you to narrow the focus of your search to rulings that are NAFTA related.

OFF Click on this button to enable the filter. The status will then change to (ON) which means that your search will include only NAFTA related results. (OFF) is the default setting.

ON Click this button to disable the filter. The status will then change to (OFF).





Results per Page Option

The results per page option allows you to select 10, 25, or 50 results per page. The default is 10 results per page.



View Option

The View option allows you to choose how to display the preview of a ruling from the search results. Once you have performed a search, the search results are displayed below the options bar. Ruling numbers are hyperlinked to allow you to preview the ruling document. The manner in which the preview is displayed is determined by the View option setting.

vertical view mode icon The vertical preview option will display the search results on the left panel and the ruling document preview on the right panel. The panel widths can be adjusted by dragging the center rule left or right. This is the default setting.

horizontal view mode icon The horizontal preview option will display the search results on the top panel and the ruling document preview on the bottom panel. The panel widths can be adjusted by dragging the center rule up or down.

separate window view mode icon The new window preview option will open a new browser window to display the ruling preview. Once the new window has been opened, any successive ruling link that is clicked on in the search results window will update the text in the new browser window, even if the new browser window is minimized or hidden from view.
